5. Use of Third-Party Platforms

• We are not liable for downtime or changes on platforms like Meta or Google
• Account bans or restrictions are outside our control
• Performance may vary due to algorithm changes

6. Performance Disclaimer

We use proven marketing strategies, but results (leads, sales, views, reach) cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for business losses, account issues, or misuse of provided content.

8. Termination

Both parties may terminate service with notice. All completed work must be paid before termination.
